At Code 3 Coaching, we assist firefighter candidates in getting hired for their dream job. We mentor candidates through the hiring process, and ensure that they are well prepared to take on any interviewing challenge. The main component we focus on is helping you developed a system to answer any question the panel may send you way. We can’t predict the questions, but we can prepare you for whatever they ask.
Our customized approach to Interview Prep, Firefighter Prep, and our Recruitment & Mentorship Academy provide our candidates with resources to prepare them to be tomorrow's Firefighters, EMS workers and Police Officers
MEET THE FOUNDER
ADAM FORTINO
Adam is a Firefighter Paramedic in Santa Clara County. He believes that it is his duty to share his knowledge and experience with those willing to receive it.
Along his firefighting and EMS journey he has had many mentors help him along my way. Adam's hope is to pass along all of the knowledge and wisdom that was given to him.
